What is PhotoMovieMaker?
PhotoMovieMaker lets you create compelling movies out of your photos to share, burn and play on a DVD player, or view as a screensaver.
How many photos can I add to my movie?
You can add up to 250 photos. Note: Please drag and drop up to 20 photos at a time if dragging from Windows Explorer or the desktop.
Why can I only add 12 photos to share?
PhotoMovieMaker supports a maximum of 12 photos when creating a shared movie. This is to reduce the size of the file and make it easier to send. It also limits you to picking the BEST photos to share.
Why do I see an all black photo in the light table or in the movie?
This photo must have been removed from your computer. Please mouse over the photo and click to remove it and try re-adding it again.
Does PhotoMovieMaker work on a Mac?
PMM does not yet work on the Mac.
What hardware is required to burn a movie?
A CD or DVD burner is required. PhotoMovieMaker can burn either a DVD onto DVD media, or a VCD onto CD media (VCDs will play in most DVD players). Burning a DVD requires that you use DVD media in your DVD burner.

How do I add more than one song to my movie?

NOTE TO FIREWALL AND PROXY SERVER USERS
Due to security restrictions, you may experience problems unlocking the PMM software if you are behind a firewall or accessing the internet via a Proxy server. Please contact support if you experience this problem.
Why does it take a long time to burn the movie?
We have to convert the movie during the burning process. This is what takes the majority of the process. Please be patient, it is worth the wait!
What kind of music can I add?
PMM supports MP3 files; AAC and WMA are not supported formats at this time.
What file formats are selected and can I add video?
You can import JPEG files. Video files are not yet supported but, we hope to add them in the future.
Are rewritable CDs supported?
We do not support rewritable CDs with content. If you erase the content first, you can use the CD.
What is the difference between Play on PC or Play on DVD inside the burning options?
Play on PC will include files optimized to play off the CD. Play on DVD will burn a movie file that you can play on your TV's DVD player.
What are the system requirements:
PC with 486 or higher processor, Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher, 1024 x 768 screen resolution recommended, minimum 512 MB RAM, and 500 MB free hard drive space for installation. Minimum screen resolution required is 800x600. A CD or DVD burner is required to burn movies.
I forgot my unlock code. How do I retrieve it?
